The SAP HCM (HR) Group in Advantech deals with the design, implementation and maintenance of SAP HCM systems in Israel and abroad.
We also implementat a range of complementary SAP products, which are considered to be global leaders in their field. Our philosophy is to provide the client with the best possible solution, while using one, or a combination, of the technologies.

The Group implements a range of globally leading complementary SAP products, with the goal of providing the client with the best possible solution. In this framework, Advantech serves as an integrator for complex HR products, which contain more than one software product.

Best-of-breed products implemented by the Group:

• SAP Visualization by Nakisa (NAKISA) – a user-friendly visual interface, a Nakisa Company product, which is an integral part of the SAP package. Used for managing all planning and management processes for the organizational structure, career courses, organizational capabilities model, succession planning and talent management.

• ClickSoftware -Optimization application for SAP Workforce Scheduling – a ClickSoftware product for optimization of service supply chain processes. The product enables optimal allocation of employees to tasks/shifts/positions, according to organizational rules and target functions, and hard and soft constrains. The product includes a natural interface to SAP.

• Callidus – incentives, commissions, bonuses and encouragement fee management product. The product includes built-in integration with SAP.
