ADC – Oracle Advanced Collection Solutions
Advantech has unique experience in implementing Oracle’s collection sub-system – Oracle Advanced Collections. This sub-system is a module component of the ERP system. It is intended for organizations managing a large customer database with thousands of invoices, and that need to perform collections based on complex ratings engines and to reach qualitative decisions regarding the debt rating of each and every customer. The system fully supports both cases in which the ERP system’s Receivables module has been fully implemented – including customer management and issuance of monthly invoices using the ERP – as well as cases in which invoices are managed and issued through an external system and a solution is required for the management of their collection.
